Default Chinese take out boxes

Does anyone know where I can get a pattern or template for the chinese take out boxes? I love them but can't find one.

Have you tried just going to a take-out place and buying one? Then you can open it and trace it. (just an idea)

If you want to buy some already made, this place had them pretty cheap

Check out this site - she has all kinds of templates AND has the take out box and chop stick holder folding templates and instructions. Lots of other neat stuff too!

Thanks so much, I can't wait to get out and use these....I tried copying one that I purchased and it was quite a funny looking box...I think I was copy challenged on that one.

I went to my local craft store and used their die cut machine to punch them out of glossy cardstock. They let you use it for free if you buy the cardstock there or they charge by the half hour if you bring your own cardstcock.

In case you needed yet another template of a take out box  ; I’ve attached the file below. It might be a little bigger than the one you found. This will also fit on a standard size sheet of paper. Good luck and have fun.

Default chinese take-out boxes

I buy mine in stacks of 50 at sm*rt & f*nal for $4.50. Cheap at twice the price once you've scored and cut that thing.

do need to stamp with stazon since it's coated with wax.

Jennifer,
It's ok to use the whole name of where you got the boxes. This sight is very friendly about those things.

I had purchased some boxes already assembled for party favors and now have quite a few left over. If anyone is needs some-I can either sell them super cheap to you or trade for some SU! merchandise. Just PM me or email me if you are interested.
