Question White crayon technique

I've used the white crayon on cards and thru the site have been told other colors work. Will any other color work or just a few and if so which ones? I have a buch of broken and small white ones and sure would like to use another color.

Default crayon resist

I use any colour crayon on Glossy white cardstock and it works fine. Its easier to see where you have been with a coloured crayon. You wipe it off after adding the ink so you dont see it on the finished product.
Hope this helps
