Wax resist

This is the first time posting here so hope I am doing this right.
A twist to the wax paper resist background is not to crumple the wax paper but to fold it. It still comes out diferently evertime depending on how many times you fold it. I uploaded a card using Simply Sweet. I really like the folded wax paper. I did an accordian fold, then folded it into a square. Looked cool.

I love the cards that have the wax paper resist technique! Yours is especially Pretty! I was wondering if someone could give me the basics on this technique? I have no idea how to even begin??
