Talking Votive holders

I went to Sam's Club today. They had flameless tealights 24 for $15 (with extra batteries - what a steal!) I got a set. I know I have seen tealight holders with vellum windows on here before. How do I make them?!? I would appreciate any assistance with this!

Here is another one I love, and it folds flat for mailing.

You can also cut a piece of vellum, stamp the image and color, and then just wrap it around a plain glass votive holder or jar candle. That way you can use a real candle in it. You can change it out for different seasons.
