Recently I have seen several cards labeled Vertical Spinner Card. Where can I find our how to do this technique?

Are you talking about the one that zig zags down the front of a card? OR.. maybe what some call a 'twirling card'.. where an image is suspended in the front 'window' on fishing line or string?

The image in a circle on the front of the card is what I have seen.
But I would also like to know about the zig zig . I have also seen it. I am very new to this and eager to learn as much as I can.

There's a horizontal spinner card tutorial in the resource section of splitcoast.. and there's a stationary spinner card on hgtv/carol duval:
http://www.hgtv.com/hgtv/cr_paper_cr...396744,00.html

the techique is the same, only for a vertical zig zag, you cut a vertical zig zag... check out the tutorial, it's great.
