Default Versamark Dazzles

Now that I have the Champagne and Frost Versamarks (got them for a smokin' deal!) Can anyone give me some put on HOW they use them?? I read the back of the ink pads, but I am wondering if anyone else has used these ink pads and what they used them for?? Thanx, Stampin Busia

I decided to try the champagne one. I used it as a background on a photo album I covered. That is: I used Bermuda Bay cardstock and stamped images on it in the champagne versamark before adding decorations. It gave it a nice subtle shimmer.

lynnewithane, THANX! For some input re the VersaMark dazzles!! I'm wondering if you just left the champagne versamark as is or did you use a heat tool? I'm going to "experiment" tomorrow w my "treasures". :0) Thanx, Stampin Busia

I think I just left it. It was over a month ago, so I don't remember for sure. I hope someone else gives you their thoughts.

I used the Champaigne Versamark on the water on this card...I applied clear embossing powder to it and used the heat gun. It's hard to see in the picture, but it truly was a nice effect.

I use it like any other versamark when I want a little bit of "shine" to it. Heated it with gun after applying embossing powder.

I used Versamark Dazzle again the other day and I think this card shows it's effect pretty well. I swiped it all over my image to apply my UTEE to do this cracked glass technique. This has 4 coats of UTEE, yet you can still see the 'sparkle' from the Versamark Dazzle through it.

Default versa mark dazzle

csroyal,
NEAT IDEA!! Wish I could see what you did??
I am making some personalized T or T bags for Halloween. For the girl's bags I used the versa mark "champagne" w a star stamp. I applied embossing powder and it turned out nice and "girly". I don't have a picture (it turned out too light) :0( BUT in person it looks neat and SPARKLY!
Thanx for your input. Stampin Busia
