Verdegris is a greenish color. Verdegris is what you get when copper weathers (like a mailbox or a birdhouse) and has been exposed to the elements. Hope that helps.

I cased it to make similar cards using the Iris stamp from Botanical Gardens and the oak tree stamp from Lovely As a Tree. A stamper named PuppyPaws made a similar card with Art of the Orient.
If you search under Verdigris you'll find lots of beautiful stuff. HTH.
is this the same thing as the SU vintage verdigris.or is this one a different one.Can I also get this at a micheals.

It's someone who buys stamps they didn't normally like at first, only to see it in Split Coast Stampers gallery in a different perspective.
My vertigre embossing powder by Stamp-n Stuff came from Michael's a few years ago.
I have an older SU set called Wildflowers and it looks great to emboss the watering can with it. I haven't mastered the posting of a picture or I would.
Wow your dragonfly card gave me an idea! The embossing powder you used would be great with the "Pooling" technique, it could look like faux Turquoise stone for a masculine card.

I posted a question for information about this just yesterday. I thought it would be a great color for Fishy Friends. I was informed that verdigris EP is in the current SU catalog. I have not been able to find it at Hobby Lobby or Michael's, although different stores may stock some different items, I'm not sure.
