I've seen glow in the dark paint at AC Moore before in the art section. I was thinking of getting some and painting it on paper! I bet it would work. But I haven't bought it yet! I'll be watching to see if anyone else has an idea!

My sister made a glow in the dark ghost card for my kids several Hallowens ago...it was really cute! I think she used either glow in the dark paint (sparingly so the paper doesn't wrinkle) or glow in the dark glue-like stuff she got at Michael's or JoAnn. If memory serves, I saw some gitd stuff in a bottle like the glitter glue from the craft stores, but it doesn't have glitter in it. She is incomminucado on vacation or I would ask her! I will try to remember when she gets back... But, this can be done!

I bought some glow in the dark tape at one time. It works for putting little bits behind where you have punched out stars or dots or hearts, as long as it is something rather small. Sorry, I cannot remember where I bought it. Brand name on package is "Lotus."

I used glow in the dark embossing powder last year on my halloween cards. They were very cute.

I have used glow in the dark fabric paint. It comes in the little bottles with a nice applicator tip. They were really cheap and easy to use to outline. You can buy them at Michael's or Joann's in with the fabric paints.

They also have Premo Sculpey Polymer Clay Glow In The Dark

this site has lots of glow in the dark stuff. String, pens, paint, chalk,

I have used glow in the dark embossing powder on picture frames and put them on the fridge. Everyone always asks how I did that (embossing powder works very well)

Kreinik (Balger) used to make a "metallic" thread that was gitd. I've used it in some cross stitch items. That would be fun to use it on a card. Hmmm..thanks for the idea!! I don't know if they still make it but it would be in the cross stitch section of Michael's or other lcs.

Best of luck!
