Default Techniques for Snow?

Ladies, I'm looking for a way to simulate snow... here's what I figured out so far...
Simmering white
Dryer sheet
Liquid applicate

Who else had any great ideas... I'm sure there out there, but I just can't think of them!

I too use the shimmering white and then place small long beads of chrystal effects under the images of snowmen or kids feet--like the snow would be un-even where it was walked on. I then sprinke with dazzling diamonds to make it shimmer like the paper. In addition to the other items you listed I use the glittery product that looks like snow. Get it at M's or any craft store around the holidays. You can glue it on to anything.

Default Snow

Oh, you have to try the gel pens SU sells. I am making the card I saw in the gallery where you stamp the church from "Silent Night" with basic black on white glossy paper. Than all you do is dab with the gel pen. It's unbelievable how it not only looks like snow but it looks dimensional. Carol

I've used sugar for snow but it was contained behind an acetate window for a shaker card. It worked very well. I have the card in my gallery if you wanna look. Have fun!! :p
