Default squash books

Can someone please tell me what kind of coaster do you need to make those squash books and where do you find them? I have been seeing some of those books online and they look really neat. I wanted to attempt to make one but didn't know a whole lot about them. Thanks.

You can take them home from Red Robin after your meal...or you can cut out your own from a cereal box or any similar box. (I know there are places online to get these coasters too, but I don't know the sites.)

It's a 4 1/2" square of cardstock or something a little sturdier.
