Oh finally, some directions on how to use this thing. I almost threw this punch away because I was so frustrated trying to use it. Thanks for taking the time to figure this out and posting the instruction.
I just got this thread off the Inkling and I am so excited. Thank you Julie for the tip I will definitly be excited to pass this on at my workshops. The Inkling has been so cool to put so many fun links that I don't always find on my own.

Well, here's another Kudos to your LOOOOONG list of them. I am so happy to have read this tip!! I was trying to make this real nice wedding card for someone and that slit punch caused me to have to start over 3 times. I didn't even notice that ANY of the punches had bumpy things on them, let alone what they would be fore. Thank you x 3!!

I have to say, I had never noticed the register marks on this (or any other!!) punch!! Your instructions are awesome - I can't wait to use mine again!! Thanks, you rock!!
Julie,
I so needed this post! I used this punch at my stamp camp this past Saturday. We did the best we could, but I couldn't really explain how to line it up. Some came out right on the money, but for some, we just had to cut some excess cardstock.
Thanks so much for this post!
Thank you! For making this thread and for whoever put it in the weekly inkling.
I got this during sellabration and hadn't used it. I can't wait to try this. I only wish I had this thread a couple of days ago when I was making Father's Day cards.
thank you so much for posting this. i FINALLY figured out how to use the slit punch! got so frustrated with this punch that it's been a long time since i've used it.
