Slider card with ribbon

I'm looking for directions on how to make a slider card with ribbon.
I don't have a picture and can't find a sample on SCS either.
It's a card where you pull ribbon on one side and the item moves with the ribbon. The ribbon on the other side gets shorter. Then you pull that ribbon to reset the card movement.

Do you know what I'm talking about???

I have one that my cousin made in front of me. What do you need to know specifically?

The card I have is tri-folded and glued shut in the back where the 2 shorter sides meet. There is a ribbon slot cut into both sides of the top of the cs, and it is tied at the top. Inside, she placed a packet of flower seeds. It slides out when you pull the ribbon bow, but to get it back into the cs, you have to push it.
