Question Sealant for photo tiles

I need your help!
I made some photo tiles which are amazing but I need some help with sealing them. I used modge podge both before and after placing the photo. I then spray sealed it with an acrylic sealer. (I think, I borrowed from my mum and I'm pretty sure that's what it was)
My problem is: a glass sweated on it and made the picture to start bleeding.
Soo...how do I truly water-proof it? I was hoping to sell some and don't want to sell them if they do that after a few uses!!
What product have you used successfully?
Thanks!

I have uded photos on mine but I do use watercolors and su markers and such that could bleed. I use a mod podge let it dry. Then I spray about 3-4 thin coats of Krylon sealer letting each coat dry in between. I have never had a problem with mine. I am sure someone with more experiance will come along.

Microglaze will waterproof paper. You can read about it at skycraft.com. HTH.

I have a sealant question too!!! I've just made photo tiles for the first time using copy paper instead of printing on tissue paper to adhere. I used a tea bag to stain the paper to look antique and they turned out great. I used Mod Podge gloss lustre to coat the top and stick them to the tile. It's a smooth tile made to look tumbled. (It's what my friend picked up at Lowe's so I'm using what she got). She and another friend told me after coating with the MP to get another acrylic sealer to add to the top after everything is dry.

I'm reading on the MP bottle and it says it's a waterbase sealer, glue and finish for all surfaces. To me, this sounds like I don't need to add anything else for these to be used as coasters....TRUE?

I don't know if I got enough of the MP on the top of the tile to truly seal it, so should I add one more coat and call it Christmas wrapping time? Any help would be greatly appreciated...
