Default Scrap Paper Holder Pattern

I'm not sure what magazine it was in just recently but I'm looking for the pattern to make a 3x3 scrap paper holder. It look similar to the acrylic ones that used to hold 3x3 color paper. Does that make sense to anyone? I was told it was in Sept/Oct timeframe and the magazine has a witch on the front. If anyone has any idea's I would appreciate it.

Thanks to both for the wonderful reply's. Yes wsquared I would really love it if you could get me a copy of the template. I have just spent the last two days going from store to store to find a copy. But since the new issue is out they no longer can sell it. Just my luck. I'm getting a subscription and that's it. Here is my email [email protected] if you would perfer to mail it let me know and I will send you a stamped address envelope. Again many thanks. I just really loved the one my stamp store had displayed and thought WOW what a great teacher gift my children could help do. Have a blessed week.
