Default Question about SU ink and embossing

I may be thinking of something completly different, but, did I read on here awhile back that you can use Versamark Embossing pads with Stampin Up ink, and get the same effect as ordinary embossing powder, (a raised image in the SU ink color). It said that using it would make the colors match the SU cardstock. If anyone can figure out what I am talking about, could you please post the instructions?
Thanks

Ink your stamp with versamark then ink with SU inkpad use clear EP. Or ink your stamp with ink, then "kiss" a solid stamp that you have inked with versamark. Apply to paper and clear EP should stick. HTH

You don't even need the versa mark, just stamp in the su classic ink & quickly pour clear EP and heat!! Works great!! Work quick!!

Another way to emboss using the dye ink pads. I stamp with the dye ink and use my stamp-a-ma-jig to apply the versamark after cleaning the dye ink off the stamp. Sprinkle clear embossing powder over the stamped image and heat emboss. That way there is no cross contamination with the versamark ink unto the dye ink pads. You also can use the Versamarker to go over small areas or just do certain areas of your stamped image. You can emboss in any color that you have. Just thought I would pass this along.
