Pull out card with ribbon

Has anyone seen a tutorial on how to make a card with a pull out message using ribbon.
I made one last year but can't remember where I saw it, from what I remember the message was attached in a pocket with ribbon so it didn't pull completely out.
Would be very grateful if anyone has seen it, I've looked on YouTube with no luck. Thanks

I wonder if you were looking for something like this card .
There is a similar tutorial in Resources, but it's designed to take a candy bar, it's under Pull-Up Treats.
I used this tutorial here: {capture the moment}: 3, where Nichole Heady adapted it from a candy bar to a card.

Here is one I made recently. Is this what you are looking for? You can easily put a ribbon where I have the "Pull" tab.

I went to try the Magic card and found that regular ink pads don't stay put on the acetate. What can I use if I don't have Stazon ink? I really love the card and just came into alot of acetate from a friend and want to use it.

Ranger's Archival might work on a slick surface, and Brilliance will eventually dry but I think it would be at risk of rubbing off. I think if you really want to make the magic cards (and use your acetate up in other ways) you should just get the StazOn! The glitter technique when you add coloured glitters on the side you didn't stamp on is great fun too. Splitcoaststampers - Sparkly Stained Glass Technique Tutorial by Beate Johns
I see that in the tutorial for that technique, Beate mentions that Palette inks will stamp on acetate if you leave it for a while to dry.

If you don't want to stamp and do want to use your acetate, shaker cards are always fun.
