Here's a link to the tutorial on the altered lunchtin. You might have to tweak the template a bit. It also might be easier to make your own. Trace the top onto some scratch paper. Make a slit in the center and start trimming where the metal part of the handles are. Make sense? It sounds confusing to explain, but it's not difficult to make. I hope this helps you.
