Red face Pop Up Card - Help!

Is there a tutorial or pattern somewhere for a pop up card that has an inner liner-type card that has the center portion sort of triangular shaped, folded down and then it "pops up" when you open the card? I know I've seen this somewhere and it seemed pretty simple to do, but I can't find it. Help, somebody???

Default Found it!

I sure hope this is the one you were looking for. You can find the directions in the Splitcoast Resources under Projects. It is called a Surprise Pop-up.

No, those aren't what I meant...the one I'm thinking of is inside a regular looking card...when you open it a special fold on the inside liner pops up (it looks like a "mountain-fold" triangle shape...and you can adhere an image on it so it pops up...over the top of the card..)...
You don't have to pull anything or lift any flaps...just open a card.
