Default paper flowers on front of su holiday catalog

I have a customer looking to make the flowers on the front of the catalog...are there directions somewhere?
I'm thinking it just tissue paper, snipped to a point, and fan folded like the way we used to make tissue flowers. Just thought that if it were in the catalog, there were steps I could send her.
THanks for any help

on the SU site, if you go to the catalogs link, there's a link for supplies. For the red bow, it says they used white filter paper for the red and white bow.... Beyond that

Also, on Pinterest and Youtube you can find great tutorials for all sorts of beautiful flowers that need no dies to cut them. I love making paper flowers.

Okay, that's weird. I am sure there was more to my post! (Except I'm also sure it simply said "beyond that, I'm not sure how to make them or where to find more info.")
