Default One Sheet Wonder

I've been looking all over the web and this site for the templates and the card patterns to go with the template. I'm having a hard time matching them up and/or finding the templates at all. Or are some of you just making them up as you go? I'm not that talented; links please!! Thanks so much. My friend and I are making sets of military cards for wives and this would make the process much faster.
