Does anyone have the instructions to make this box? I know it uses 1 sheet of 8 1/2 x 11 but can't find the directions I had. I need to know the size of the paper and where to score. Thanks
Hey, Lisalisella! Thanks a lot for posting these instructions! I think this is exactly what I am looking for. I want to make some cards for my kids' teachers and I wanted to put them in a nice box! Thanks a lot!:p
You're welcome. The decorative strip of paper around the box is 1" x 12" which I forgot to mention in the instructions. The notecards are 3" x 6" folded in half and the front pieces for the notecards are 3"x3".
They fit in the largest size cello bag that SU makes, but I'm sure you can use some other type of clear bag too.
I gave my sample away to my sister but I'm making them Monday night at my stampers club. I will post pics then. But check out the link in my 1st post to see someone else's sample.
 I'm sorry, I can't see the link. Maybe I don't know what to press to get it there, or I can't see it because sometimes I just don't see things - it's this weird thing I get sometimes! Would you mind to give me the link, again, please? Or I can wait until you post the ones you make at your card club. Thanks a lot!
Actually the measurements I used are cardstock cut to 4 3/4 by 11 inches. Then score at 1/2, 2 1/2, 5 3/4, and 7 3/4. The box is then scored in the other direction at 2 3/4.
Hope that all makes sense! Post a picture when you're done so we can check it out! Good Luck!
