Default New tools & not sure what they are for....

I was given some tools, I believe that they are distressing tools. I got a variety of sanding blocks, different sizes & textures, a sponge that looks kind of like a coral sponge, a brush that's thicker then a paint brush, a hard plastic bursh kind of looks like a dish scrubber and a regular sponge. Distressing ink came along with it. I am excited but don't know how to use these tools! Since I'm not exactly sure what the techniques are called...I'm getting frustrated trying to find what they are.

Can anyone help me out?

Can you post a picture? That would be helpful. The sanding block can be used to distress the edges of your cs.

I will have to work on that, I'm not sure if I will be able to do that. The kit did come from Close To My Heart, I went online to see if I could find a photo. I didn't have much luck their either.

It is a distressing kit. You can use all the different tools in various ways just depending on the look you are going for. You may want to locate a Close To My Heart consultant. An experienced Consultant probably has examples on ways to use the kit, also she could probably help you and show you how to use your set. If you have a CTMH catalog you can find many different scrapbook layouts and cards they've distressed using the kit. Check out the website: www.closetomyheart.com
