Question Needing Help with Scrapbook page

I hope I have posted this to the correct place. My dd went to her first prom this weekend and I would like to do a scrapbook page with her corsage. I remember putting my corsage in a book for safekeeping. Do you think I should do the same before trying to put in on the page? BTY it is a wrist corsage. Any ideas or suggestions on how to do this and what to use to make it stick would be much appreciated. Thanks is advance.

If you want to put the actual corsage on your page, then you'll want to dry it first. You may want to slip the dried flowers into a vellum or cello envelope to reduce damage to them.

Depending on the flowers used, you could try to stamp a facsimile instead or just use it until the dried one is available. You could also take a close-up picture of her wearing the corsage.

Drying the corsage is what I had in mind with the pressing in the book idea. I just could not think of what I was trying to say. :-) I like your suggestion of putting it in a vellum envelope. That would help with the sticking issue. The flowers are carnations and yes I did take a close up picture of her wearing it using her dress as a background. Thanks again for the envelope suggestion.
