Default Nail Polish Background

Does anyone know how to do this? I saw where Beate mentioned it in her ideas for techniques. Help?

yep, I made some ATC's with the tech.
I use a small plastic zip loc container with a bit of water in it. Drizzle at least one color of polish on the water. It will spread out and look like it disappears. It will create a film over the top of the water. When you have drizzled the desired polish colors on the water, lay your paper on top and lift straight up. The polish will attach to the paper creating a swirly effect (kinda like the shaving cream).

Make sure to let dry on paper towels. Make sure to wear rubber gloves or your fingers will get sticky and layered in fingernail polish.

Hint: Don't lift the paper at an angle or you will end up with the polish stringing up off of the paper...This happened the first time I tried it.

I used blue, green and irridescent silver....They turned out really cool.
