Matboard journal instructions

Can anyone give me the instructions for making the matboard journals? They're beautiful! I've tried searching but am not having any luck. :( It would be great if the instructions could be e-mailed to me at: [email protected]

Just an FYI...

If you're ever ineterested in directions for something you see on the site click on forums/search/enter in key words (matboard journal etc.) and make sure you click on "search for all terms" threads which conatin those key words will appear and you can usually find the info you need.
