I just measure the insides to know the dimensions for my particular tin (I have the ones from Oriental Trading), cut them from heavy cardstock (or chipboard) and add a tab divider top using my Sizzix or QK dies. You could also use a regular manila file folder as a template for the tab top...trace & cut from your cardstock, etc. HTH!
