Lunch Box Inserts?

Hello!
I'm fairly new to stamping and this website so please forgive me if I ask silly questions. I would love to do some of the lunch boxes for family and friends to hold cards but I was wondering how you make the file cards to go in the inside? Thanks so much!!

Hi, I use the coluzzle file folder template. I just measured the inside of the tin, cut my paper then used the coluzzle to cut the top so it looks like an index card.
