I was looking through the gallery and came across the Leaf Note Pad that Jengirliegirl posted (June 2004, I believe) and I love it! I have searched and searched on how to do this, but I haven't found exactly what I am looking for. Could someone please please help me??? I am sure it is basic and easy, but my brain just won't go there right now!
Thank you so much!!
Hi! Jen is in my upline and I will contact her to provide instructions for the note pad.
HTH!
Ohhhhh THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!!!! I've already bought the jr. legal pads  I thought these would make a great 'secret teacher' gift and possibly holidays. I appreciate any help
Wow! I feel famous!
All I did was use a mini note pad. I cut cardstock to be long enough to cover the back of the pad and wrap around the front. I scored it in 2 places at the top so it would fold nicely over the top part of the pad. Then, I adhered it with mono adhesive. That's it! I don't even have measurements since I think I traced the pad. I pretty much just made it to fit. I think I marked lines to score as I held the pad against the cardstock.
I am glad you liked it!!! I hope this helps. I wish I had better instructions to give. I only stamped the leaves at the bottom of the first page. It was a door prize at one of my parties. It was hard to part with though! I think the matching pen gives it a nice matching touch.

You're welcome!!!
I am so flattered that I could inspire you! I am sure the teacher will LOVE it! You can even pop a magnet strip on back so it can attach to a whiteboard or fridge!

Ohhhhhh what a terrific idea!!!!! WOOO HOOO THANKS!!!!!
Ok I love this also...I have a question though, did you just adhere the card stock to the top part of the legal pad that would have had the part where it was binded together? I hope that makes sense, what I am asking is, is any of the card stock actually adhered to the paper or is it just adhered at the top and comes over the paper some (it seems to have a really wide binding area is why I am asking) thanks for the info
