Default How to Make a Ceramic Tile Business Card or Sticky Note Holder?

I need help finding/identifying a project a friend showed me several years ago. She had made a holder-- don't remember if it was for business cards or sticky notes-- but it sat up easel style and was made of ceramic tile pieces. She had stamped to decorate it. So pretty, but for the life of me I couldn't figure out how to do it while standing in the tile aisle at the hardware store.

Anyone know this project?

Thanks for your help!

Did she glue a clothespin on the back of the tile? I made some very rustic tiles for Christmas presents and used E6000 to attach a clothespin to the back of the tile.
