Default How do you do the "latte" on Like in a Latte?

In some of the galleries, they have this cool texture on top of the cup, how the heck do you do that? Thanks in advance!

I believe it is made using Liquid Applique and a heat gun.
See AmyR's blog on how she did hers - it was very nice!

I don't believe SU carries it anymore. CTMH does though - if you have a rep for that Company the you can use.
Other than that, perhaps Michael's? Or on-line?
Have fun when you get it!

I think I got it at a Ben Franklin's or somewhere like that. It is just in a tube with a pointed tip on a cardboard. Very unexpensive and soooooo great for that whipped cream effect AND snow AND Santa's beard! It works best if you let it dry completely, then heat... you can heat it from the top and the underside.
hth,
Sue

Can you use white puff paint? Would it have the same affect?
