how do u make an 'explosion book'?!!

i've looked all over on here, maybe i'm blind, but HELP!! i saw one at a party a couple months ago, and decided to do some for C-mas gifts, but don't know how to make them!!
does someone have a tutorial, or can email me/post how to put 1 together?!

I never heard of "exploding books" but I have made several exploding boxes. Here's one of the tutorials I used to figure them out:
