Default Help with Stamping Tiles

Hi -

I am new here - what a great site! I want some information on what to use when you stamp a tile with Stazon and and color with Pearl X - how do you seal it to make it water proof so I can use them as coasters. I have seen on the Gallery that people are using a matt finish sealer - what brand and what type of sealer. I went to Michaels and so something to spray on the tiles but it made the ink run and they could not help me with what to use. Any suggestions???

I got mine at Michael's in the art supply area. It's made by Krylon and is with all the other aerosol cans. Ask them at Michael's where all the spray paint is. Good luck.

Default Help with STamping Tiles

I buy mine at Wal-Mart. I use Folk Art Clearcoat Hi-Shine Glaze by Plaid. It can be found with the glue and glue guns in the craft department. I have only been making these are short time and find that this works very good. They have it in Matte also, but I like the shine.
