Help finding mini album

Okay I've googled, yahoo'd, searched on here, combed thru my saved blogs....I am in search of a mini album I saw on a blog where the girl used the envelopes for the 3x3 cards and attached the flaps to the next envelope and they were right side up facing forward with a panel on either side that somehow closed over the stack of envies with ribbon; and inside the envies she had 3x3 "pages" with tabs sticking up....anyone ever see this before??? Thanks!

WOW, I am amazed. I have been looking for a project that I saw a video for but I do not know where, you think you could help me find it? Or something like it?

It was a small key ring with a mini post it note inside. The outside was stamped or had something stamped on it and the person used the cropadile to punch through thickness for the key ring. I wanted to make these as a going away gift when I moved but was unable to locate it.
