ok, I must be a real dummy. I have seen and made the starburst using the tag punch. I have also seen and TRIED the circle punch flower. I can't seem to master the circle flower. I used the thin ring that is left after punching with the circle punches. ( onc smaller then the other. Just like the ring you get after punching with the tag punches. I have tried to place them and that is where I lose it. Help Please
I couldn't find any specific directions. But I did find some cards made with the circles as well as ovals in this gallery: Tag Punch Star/Flower by SuePeac at Splitcoaststampers
NancyRuth seems to be the one who came up with the circle idea. She said that she just followed the directions for the tag punch and fiddled around with it a little. If you can't figure it out, maybe you could PM her.
I saw the above, too. It seems the circles are cut into pieces and ovals are created by sticking them to vellum or some other cardstock. I'm going to give this a try. Let you know how it goes.

It looks like 8 overlapping circles. If it's like the tag punch starburst, the circle would be created with 2 circle punches. Then you overlap the circles to form the flower, adhere that to vellum then cut away the parts outside of the flower.
