Smile HELP!!!

I was wondering if anyone had a tutorial on how to do a "Pull Through Bow"? I saw it done on a card but can not find something that tells me how to do it. If you do, could you please, please help me out? Thanks a bunch!!

Yes that is the one, but i can't seem on how to find on how to do that specific bow...
