Is this what you are looking for?

This is not from me, but from Tyra in this thread:
Forums at Splitcoaststampers

I had a technique listed in Technique Junkies using Black Gossy! SO easy and the results are SO cool!!!!

Supplies:
Black Glossy Cardstock
Versamark
Heat and Stick Powder
PearlEx
Stamp of your choice
Small fluffy paintbrush

Stamp your image onto the black glossy using Versamark. Apply Heat and Stick Powder and heat JUSTuntil clear (if you heat it to long, it looses its 'stickyness'). Choose 2-3 colors of PearlEx. It is most fun IMO to use colors that are dramatically different from each other (light pink, dark blue and gold is fun!). Dip your paintbrush into your first color of PearlEx. Tap it off, but just to get the clumps off, you want the brush loaded. Then tap, NOT brush, the PE onto your image, just various parts. Use a bit in one spot, a bit in another, etc. Don't worry, it is normal for your image to be a total mess!!! Dust off your paintbrush, then move onto the next color. Do the same thing, tap the PE onto your image in various areas. Keep going until you use the colors of PE that you want, and your image is colored. Over a piece of scratch paper, start rubbing all of the colors of PE together into your image, using the paintbrush, and brush off the access. And VIOLA! This does not need a sealer, the Heat and Stick powder acts as a binder. Experiment, play, and have fun w/this technique. It is so quick, and looks like you spent soooo much time on it!

My son told me that it looked like my image was glowing, so I called it Glowing Pearls, Pat at Technique Junkies called it something else (I still like Glowing Pearls better lol).

BTW... if anyone DOES use this technique, can you share the results? If anyone has any questions, let me know!
