Gift tag template

Anyone have a gift tag template they can share?
I want to be able to print out multiple tags on one sheet and then cut them out.

I remembered that there's a free download of holiday/Christmas gift tags in the Nov. 2006 issue of Creating Keepsakes magazine.

Not quite what I am looking for. I am looking for just the outline of tags.
I did find a tag template that I downsized. It has scallops on it and I would prefer straight cuts.

Here is a link to a freeware program that prints tags on a sheet of paper. You have many different choices of tags. You can adjust the size of the tags before you print. Just download the program and follow the instructions.
