Question frosting technique on glossy white???

What is the frosting technique on glossy white paper? Would love to know how the background of this older posted card was made. So far haven't figured out how to make a direct PM to someone who posts a card

Thanks and have a great day

Frosted Filter Tutorials at Splitcoaststampers

Could be the same things without the filter but directly on glossy cardstock.

I agree it looks like it could be the technique described in the Frosted Filter tutorial (probably without the crumpling stage though as glossy white probably would react too well to that!).

If you click on the person's name (next to where it says "Poster" at the top of the card description area) a little menu will drop down and one of the options there is to send a pm to that person.

HTH!

Thank you nugddad & angelnorth
I'll try the Frosted Filter method omitting the wadding up the paper step.
