Default faux spaghetti

You can lay a pile of spaghetti on your copier and copy it then print onto your recipe card. Sometimes you will even get a 3-d look to it. You may need to place a dark towel or shirt over your copier if the pile of spaghetti makes the lid gap. I've scene this done on TV for a Spaghetti dinner scrapbook page and it looked very real and neat. Good luck! Hope this helps.

Interesting question.

My first thought was to make a pile of thin twine and ink it up use it to "stamp" spaghetti on your recipe card.

I got an awesome piece of spaghetti paper at JoAnn's yesterday. It's made by Paper Pizazz, and it's called: Yummy Spaghetti. www.paperpizazz.com.

Cornish Heritage Farms also has a backgrounder that looks like spaghetti. I've actually used it a number of times. Its only $7.95 on smart cushion and their CS is the best.

Perhaps take a brayer and wrap rubber bands around it and then use an appropriate color.

I like the 3-D effect. Shredded file folder! Make sure you post when you get it done.

Sorry I'm getting back to your question so late busy weekend. It was a color copier but use what will work best for you. Color probably will give best results and look more authentic. This technique can be used with other pastas and I assume food, flowers, excetra. I have also seen them take a baby's outfit, shoes, excetra and do the same thing and it gives the same
3-D affect and is a neat way to save the memories of the outfit child was brought home in, 1st birthday, ex. I haven't personally tried but saw it on crafting show and can't wait to find box with 1st birthday outfits in it and give it a try.
