Default faux liquid applique?

Hi
Does anyone have the recipe for the faux liquid applique? I have an obscene amount of cupcakes to ice (stamped ones of course) and need the recipe!

You can use the lightweight spackling they sell at the hardware store!

is this the one ???? it took me a bit to remember where it was wish they would make faux tec and best sellers a stick would not have to work so hard finding then hehehehe

I think all you do is apply crystal effects to the area, add dazzling diamonds, then use your heat gun until you have the effect you're after. Could be wrong though.
