Default Explosion card tutorial and a question about lighting

First, I just want to thank everyone who gave me such kind compliments on my first video tutorial (How to make a Pocket Book). I was so encouraged by all your praise I decided to post another tutorial this week....How to make an Explosion Card.

However, I'm still not happy with the lighting in my videos. I'm trying to convince myself I don't really look that old. It's just the lighting. HA! HA! Seriously though, if anyone has tips on how to light videos or can refer me to somewhere on the internet where I can find more info on the subject I'd appreciate it. Thanks!

No help here on the lighting...I don't even know how to make a video of any kind! I just wanted to say that I enjoyed it very much and that you don't look old at all!!
