This is a really cute idea, I am looking at it thinking after the boot I made I might take a stab at this. If anyone finds the template let us know. But I will give it a shot on making one anyways.
Diane this is another picture. I found this site awhile ago that shows this in a large and small teapot with the cup and saucer. http://www.englishelegance.com/store/663
I thought this teapot was just adorable, so I made it. I had a problem with the pouring spout so I removed it and the handles. My very cute teapot is now and very cute trinket box.
Happy crafting
Katy
I am pretty sure that you may not find the template for it, since it may have been created by the artist to sell as an original design. It's precious isn't it? :O)
It really looks almost like a slightly different shaped Explosion Box, but with a handle and spout attached. I think between the .pdf templates & instructions by the poster above, combined with an angled Explosion Box that it could be figured out and made.
I'm not into tea, or I'd give it a try. It's cute, though.
You didn't like the .pdf template that was listed above by TeeGeeDee? It was more rounded instead of square, but it was pretty cute, and the template was at the end of the .pdf file.
There is another thread on this same subject elsewhere here, and they have to another thread with a watering can template that is somewhat similar to the teapot shown by the OP, and is really cute:
This teapot is a little rustic (somehow my hand-drawn spout looks like an elephant trunk to me, hehehe.) Not nearly as elegant as those other tea pot templates but it was simple & I had fun with it...
Too cute! I'm subscribing, because I hope someone can make a template for both the pot AND the cups/saucers! My mom collects tea pots, and my MIL collects tea cup and saucer sets, so these would be a GREAT addition for both of them.
