Default die cuts

All I can say is YES I have all the tag dies and I use them all the time I don't buy tags I make them any color I want. Plus I have a fence that is great for year round. I only have about 20 dies but I have to say I use them alot. You can get the machine on sale on the web site www.sizzix.com or at M's with your coupon. Jo Ann

I use the Quickutz system. Its great because it is so portable. But, I dont think they have a very large selection of dies. Plus, they are all small (I dont scrapbook so I dont know if that is good or bad for scrapbookers). Those are the negatives. I love the dies I do have. The sizes are great for my cards and I dont mind letting my nieces play with them because it is just a matter of gluing rather than inking and stamping. I take my system with me everywhere and my friends love it. Its just another way to play!

Love, Love, Love my Sizzix. I also use the tag die all of the time. I also have an alphabet and a couple of other dies. For layering, I use the 4 squares die. It can get expensive to own, but I always use my Michael's 40% off to buy dies. Sometimes they put Sizzix things on sale. I am very happy with my purchase. I hope you decide on what works best for you, but for me I am a Sizzix girl.

I've seen some quickutz dies for buttons and buckles. Has anyone ever tried those> I know they wouldn't look as nice as the real thing, but they would be alot less expensive.

I love my quickutz! I only use them when I scrapbook, but rarely for cards.
