I have a customer who wants me to do a technique class for her. She said that she went to a class before and they showed her a technique and she wants to do it but she can't remember anything about it out then they embossed the image, used ink and a brayer. Can anyone help me out? What is she talking about?
She could possibly be talking about the emboss resist technique. You emboss an image on glossy cardstock using Versamark ink and clear embossing powder. Then brayer ink over cardstock and and wipe ink off embossed images. HTH!
It could also be Joesphs coat, where colour is applied to glossy card stock and then an image is embossed with clear EP ( once ink is dry). Once all is dry- Brayer dark ink and rub with tissue. Image pops out from the ink and is the colour from underneath.;)
