Question Compositon Books Covered

I hope someone can direct me to 'how' to cover the compositon books everyone loves....I've looked a lot on SC but not able to find out just exactly how to do it....I would appreciate all the help you've got.....Thanks in advance. Betsey

I would love to have your inspiration as well. I have a few that I would like to do for my girls and have a hard time keeping the cardstock on the notebook. Thanks.
