Default Christmas Gift Tag Ideas

I'm getting together with a group of friends and we'd like to make some stamped Christmas gift tags. Does anyone have some intesting ideas they could share? Maybe a link to something you have aready made?

Thanks!

You could use your scallop punch, 1 3/8 circle, 1/16 and cord.........different stamped images (stamped off to lighten the ink) and assemble. I did about 500 of these over the past couple days and I actually did most of the punching in a car pool line :-) Hope this helps!

I'm in 2 swaps from lifetimemoments.com ...I used the SU woodcuts snowman for one swap that was themed. The other quick one I used scraps and odds and ends of paper, etc. That was fun. I am new here and not allowed to send the url...but if you go to the site you can see examples...go to swaps, look for the quick and easy tag swap...in the first msg is a link to easy tags.

Actually, there are some lovely ones here on this site. I found the best ones (IMHO) at the SU ones, particularly the G-I group, where the Holiday Woodcuts stamps are featured.

Have you looked at twopeasinabucket.com?....cute things there. You can filter the gallery search.

i always make my own tags for Christmas but I make tags to match my paper. My DD is in 2nd grade and since preschool, I've been ordering Xmas paper from her Innisbrook fundrasier and I buy one design for each family and a design for the kids from Santa. I make tags to match the designs and color of the paper. It's super easy to grab gifts when visiting b/c each family has it's own design. Make sense? Works for me.
I use stamps, punches, Xmas brads, and instead of ribbon I use rolls of either white or colored tulle. It's cheap and it's strong.
