Default Building block card

I love this technique, but my valley folds keep breaking on the pop-out part. I've seen some cards that look sturdier because they appear to have a solid back behind this section. Does anyone know how this is done? Thank you!

Yes, I got tired of fussing with them and decided to try it and see how it worked. I do all mine like that now!
