The thin, Sizzlet, dies will work in the CB but not the bigger thick ones (originals or BigZ). I have the Big Shot, not the CB but I think it's because they won't fit through the machine for some reason. I don't know if it's the width of the die or the thickness of it.

*edited to say that I should've read the above post before responding. I didn't think it would work (I swear I heard that from many people when the CB first came out). I love the new XL sized dies but $40 is a bit too much to pay IMHO. I might stalk the Sizzix site for some bargains before I take the plunge at full retail.

They fit through just fine! I've been using them in my cuttlebug since they came out in August.

Default Bigz XL fits in Cuttlebug! Yeah!

Hey ladies - you can fit the new SU Bigz XL dies (baskets and blossoms) in your cuttlebug - the die fits perfectly - the only thing you'll have to do is to have your husband or someone with a saw cut off 1/4" of the long side of each extended cutting pads. The cutting pads are just too wide by 1/4 to fit through the 6" wide cuttlebug. Othere than that everything works just great. I am loving the cute little baskets. Made a ton for halloween - very cute!
