Question Adhering fun foam to CS?

Does anyone know for certain the best way to adhere a large piece of fun foam to card stock? I have used crystal effects for small pieces but I've designed a large flip flop shaped card and want the entire bottom to be fun foam. I'd rather not use brads or eyelets.

Thanks so much!
