The Little Pieces set has been sitting in a drawer with Sincere Salutaions. Not only do I wonder why I bought Sincere Salutations, but I own two of them for some reason. Staples are my least used accessories. The grosgrain ribbon I used has been gathering dust for a year. Since I wanted to practice a OSW, I made 5 cards using these stamps. I made this card in between doing chores. Then SCS server was down, then our ISP was down. Then dinner and bathtime so I'm late getting this loaded. I hate this set but actually like this card more than any I've made with the set. A very fun challenge. Gallery at Splitcoaststampers
I really dislike this set. I can never think of what to do with any of them. They are just .... so.... square!! I keep checking the gallery to see what others do with them but I never ever reach for them!!
Cool Beans!!!! I LOVED this Challenge. I think that we should have to do this every week and dust off those stampsets that we haven't used, cut or otherwise.
Here's my card for this week's challenge. I used Play on Words, a set I bought when it was offered to demos as a preview for the upcoming catalog. After I got it, I decided I really didn't like it, especially after seeing the other great new sets in the catalog. My card for the challenge also uses Simply Circles, a set which I DO like. Without another image, the "4 you" looked kind of lonely, but it worked well for this layout.
Here is my creation...I really, really dislike this set. (Right at Home). I know what I was thinking...(use to market to new neighbors to grow my SU business)...but once I got the set and stamped with it...all that coloring was not very business/mass production-friendly and I just never could make ANYTHING I liked with this set...but I like this creation. I am off to a dinner party in an artists Historic home next week...so this will be her Thank You card....Hope you enjoy it too.

What was I thinking. I looked hard to find this stamp. I really don't know what I was thinking I was going to use it for. I still don't know if I will ever use it again. No sentament on this one. Just did not know what to put. Maybe I will use it for a valentine for someone.
I'm sure the Trimtastic gallery will get lots of new additions with this week's challenge. What a horrible set! Here's a pair attempting to use it along with those weird hodgepodge bits that get leftover. Forgot to use the staples. Gallery at Splitcoaststampers
And another one that I actually ended up liking! So this challenge was good for me because maybe I'll use Trimtastic again on a card like this...
Here's my what was I thinking card. Used the fab four SAB set from a couple of years ago. Why did I get that??? Gallery at Splitcoaststampers
Just a quick note to say how much I am enjoying looking at all of the cards with made with unloved sets! (and to hear why they are unloved/unused)Very fun challenge!
I have never really met a stamp set that I didn't like  So I used one that I have such a hard time working with. I explained it all in the post.
Not hard for me to pick a set...I've had this one for a while and tried to use a couple of times but so far it is not my favorite. Thanks for the challenge.
Thanks for the challenge Beth, it was so much fun, you can't say I didn't enter into the spirit of the challenge, I think I threw everything at this card, lol! I have no idea what I was thinking!

This is my first time to use Tagger's Dozen. I don't hate it, per se, but I just have a hard time using it. This was a real stretch for me. Glad it's over!
Here is a card from my least favorite set, Shades of Nature: Gallery at Splitcoaststampers. Like I said in my post, I think making this card only reinforced my dislike for trying to come up with something with this set!

I finally found a stamp set I don't use much. Here is the card I made with it. A friend of mine had a baby last week and this was a great stamp set to use for this challenge. TFL!
what a true challenge this was- using a set you don't like! but i had so much fun doing it! thanks for making us think outside the box. here's mine. Gallery at Splitcoaststampers
Here is a triple picture card for this challenge and the color challenge of the week using passion pink, gable green and lavender. It is a card for two-year-old Maali Wilson is who ill. A RAK has been posted so I thought I'd make a cute peek-a-boo-I see you! card for her. The front says peek. You open the little window on the front and it says, "a boo". Then you open the whole card and it says, I see you!
I hope she likes it. Peek A Boo I SEE YOU

My TLC98 and SC106 card. I just had to have Ageless Adornment when it retired, but had not even mounted. Thanks for the push Beth. My card is filled with inspirations, advice, etc from my SCS friends. Thanks to all, Nancy
